Shipping Information

Your order is immediately checked against our inventory and shipped for your convenience. If there are any out of stock items you will be notified immediately. You should receive your furniture within 3 to 10 days from the day that we ship. All items will be professionally packed and shipped to your destination.

Turning East utilizes Fed Ex Freight and UPS who have provided reliable and discounted service. Freight is charged only as actual with no markups.

Our Guarantee

Turning East guarantees that the furniture will be delivered free from all defects in material or workmanship. If any piece arrives and has been damaged or you feel it is not a quality piece of furniture please contact us and arrange for return or refund. Each piece will be inspected and professionally packaged for freight shipment prior to leaving our facility. Smaller items maybe shipped UPS at a significant savings. Actual shipping via Fed Ex is discounted 54% and the savings is passed on to our customers. There are no additional charges for packing and handling.

Due to the nature of solid wood, changes in relative humidity might cause some splitting and cracking. Great care has been taken to reduce the incidence of such occurrences; however, their complete elimination is impossible.

Payment

Turning East accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, or ATM cards. Your card is "Only Charged" the day that we ship your order to you. California orders will have sales tax added at the rate of 7 1/4%.

Design & Finishes

Our furniture is hand-crafted in the old-world fashion. These are hand-made pieces and may have slight discoloration or variation within the hand-carvings.
